  Apparently you literally have to have a TH across the street from one another. This one isn't much better than to one across the street. Except there is a drive thru. Don't eat the food here. Great coffee though.

  I agree with Shannon Neally, The "management" at this location is lacking - in a BIG way. The service is Lazy, Slow, pretty much self-serving in the sense that they don't really care about customer satisfaction - rather they want to "throw and order together" and get it out the window. Numerous times I have specifically asked for my order to be a certain way, and 9 times out of 10 my request is not fulfilled. Today, when I asked if the order taker told the sandwich maker to add mayo, her response was "I hope so" and when I replied, "if you don't tell them they wont add it" another order taker said.. "well, they have headphones on so they should be listening to the orders. In other words, too bad for you customer. If your order was processed correctly - good, but if it didn't, well... we simply don't care. Next!
