  Super friendly staff and very clean location. Stonehaven Tim Hortons always makes the best cup of coffee. Have never had to return one in all the Years since they've been opened.

  Great location, small inside with a fireplace at the back. Feels like a café, very quaint.
  Some staff are very welcoming and attentive, while a few are extremely rude and have no business working with the general public.

  I'm a regular at this Tim's location since I live nearby, but if I wasn't, hell to this place. I'll be nice and give it 2 stars for a few reasons. First, there was a pregnant black lady that is always on top with her service and another nice black lady who may seem rude facially, but always been good with my orders. However, they changed their staff quite recently and oh my goodness... These delinquents do NOT know what they're doing. It's either, they chit chat and get my orders wrong or they add other things (like extra milk on my tea, when I didn't ask for it!) to my orders. And this old lady which I've noticed usually works late night, would be all grumpy and rude if you say one thing about your order in the paying window. Like maybe, you're miserable, but keep it to yourself... I don't want your misery rubbing off on me, thanks.
