  I was surprised to learn there was a place that served bubble tea in Newmarket and decided to check it out.
  
  It seemed like the people I was with were they only people to have ordered bubble tea here. The single server had to look up exactly how to make our drinks which took a bit of time. They tried their best to be quick and the effort they put in was appreciated.
  
  The bubble tea was okay, but it clearly felt like the bubble tea options were not a popular item and were just kind of there to add to the menu.

  The first time I went here I had a really good experience however it's been nothing but bad experiences since. My drinks were made incorrectly twice. I was unable to order certain drinks due to broken machines (three times). I would still come here occasionally with low expectations.

  A very local bubbletea store, quality of drinks are way worse than any major Taiwanese brand bubbletea. The drinks seem diluted, the pearls have been soaked in water for waaay too long. Added 1 star for decent customer service though.
