  The staff and always friendly and warm and take care of their customers. The food is superb.
  
  Like any public establishment. Don't be rude cause it doesn't get you anywhere :)
  
  We are all people trying to make money and take care of ourselves and our families .

  My husband and I have been coming here since they opened and they are amazing in every way. Alex the owner is always smiling and attentive. I highly recommend this place to all!

  Third times a charm but not this time.... My first and second experience were really good at this restaurant, however our third visit was so utterly terrible that I felt the need to edit this review. The lady serving is so very lovely and kind. The owner is a complete and utter idiot. We get there at 5:30pm on a friday and they take our first order. We were done our first round at 5:50 and ask for another order sheet (for some odd reason this place is cheap with order sheets) We send our second order sheet at 6:00.. at 6:30 we are still waiting for our food? The table next to us waited 25 minutes for their bill.
  I finally get up and ask for the bill and a discount for eating $10 worth of food and am still starving and the owner says its my fault for not ordering my entire meal in one go! What a complete idiot.

  Clean, pleasant ambiance. We only had sushi. I wish these owners will know a little bit of generosity will go far. Ordered party tray but soup/salad wasn't complementary. Hey Chitose, miso soup is not that expensive to make! Make your customer feel like they are getting a great value! Most rolls were decently sized but the regular rolls were very small and falling apart (poorly made). Flavor was good. Nice servers.

  First time for us. Friendly, patience and fast service. Excellent food, much better than the usual bland at most all you can eat places. Special consideration for our nut allergy son was appreciated. Perfect meal!!! Maybe turn up the heat a bit (my wife is always cold but warm at heart)
